Private Stretch Session

Service Description

The 1-hour private stretch session includes the use of manual therapy, percussive therapy, and deep assisted stretching, to target major muscle groups and common culprits of discomfort and tightness. We use percussive therapy to relax the myofascial tissues, increase blood flow and muscle oxygenation, and improve the gliding between layers of the tissues. Each session then ends with our Strain-Counter-Strain stretching to further aid in improving range of movement, leaving you feeling relaxed and recharged. We create highly customized, scientifically proven stretch protocols, to help aid in recovery, rehabilitation, peak performance, and optimal functioning. ​ Our team includes movement specialists (Registered Kinesiologists) who have been trained under Dr. Raffi Titizian in techniques such as fascial manipulation, fascial stretching, and neuromuscular activation, to provide an experience like no other. We understand the stress of daily life and difficulty with making yourself a priority, which is why all of our services are private in-home sessions. This allows you to stay in the comfort and safety of your own home, and book appointments based around your daily schedule. ​ We are here to help you by providing individualized programs with the guidance of a highly professional team, backed by Dr. Raffi Titizian. All cases will be individually reviewed by Dr. Raffi Titizian, taking into account your Physician review (i.e. MRI, CT's).
